At MetaPsych Mental Health Clinic, we strive to provide the highest quality psychotherapy services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% the cost of the services paid for as other clients may be negatively impacted by this late cancellation.
   

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without any penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 100% the cost of the services paid for as other clients may be negatively impacted by this late rescheduling.

Refunds

• Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
   

• Non-Refundable Services: Services that have already been provided are non-refundable. This includes any completed sessions or consultations.
   

• Package Refunds: If you have purchased a package of sessions, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions used. Any sessions used will be charged at the standard single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
